That is brilliant I did see it at the time, but haven't seen it with the subtitles.

I actually changed my e-mail sign off to Dill Danding for 24 hours after seeing it during lockdown.

No one noticed.

Thanks, mate. Never seen that before. It's utterly magnificent in a hide behind the sofa kind of way.

tbf to the old boy, he's obviously been practising on the old Joanna, because I thought his playing at Glastonbury was pretty good.

Just caught Elton's performance.

Anyone else reckon he sounded like Vic Reeves's club singer?

Colly/zeb; as I said I dont think he is faking it in anyway. I was just giving you a viewpoint as to how it could be commercially beneficial to do so, and it could but that doesn't mean it is.

He was already a massive global star.

Er, no.
He's just cancelled a pretty large tour.

How would anyone be able to diagnose a Scotsman with Tourette’s? They all tic and swear anyway.

Jim79 2:20 Wed Jun 28
Re: Glastonbury
collyrob; let me just be clear I don't for one second think he is pretending to have Tourettes or even over egging it but you can certainly see why he or someone would in this woke world we live in.

His name has been across all media outlets none stop since the Glasto performance because of the issues he experienced. He's had a Netflix documentary in the last 6 months, he's had untold column inches and media focus due to this condition which has all led to a publicity profile that has elevated his presence and therefore earnings considerably.

As I said I dont think he is faking it but you can't say that commercially it hasn't benefited him or would be something that a more cynical person would do in order to line their pockets through people's empathy.

Re: Glastonbury
Why in gods name would Capaldi pretend to suffer from Tourettes. Some fucking spanners on here.

The music business is a cruel and shallow money trench, a long plastic hallway where thieves and pimps run free and good men die like dogs. There's also a negative side.

Yeah, I’m not a fan of Lewis Capaldi’s music at all, but to can tell you now 100% that he is not “acting” that shit, it’s really happening to him.

Darlo Debs 1:52 Wed Jun 28
Re: Glastonbury
I really am.not a Capaldo fan. Well not Lewis anyway. In fact he is really overrated IMHO and leaves me cold. I think.putting Peter Capaldi on stage giving it full.on Mr Tucker would be much more fun.

Can I celebrate 'Liberation from John Day'?

I bet if Charles is killed in a freak air-conditioning accident in a coach that's designed to look old-fashioned, John will be back with a toe-curling anthem...

THE most ridiculous, ill informed, skewed, pathetic post on this thread, what a complete and utter waste of space you are.

Who was that bloke with the plastic face that murdered Tiny Dancer? A less sensitive rendition you couldn't imagine - it was that gruesome that it was awe inspiring hahaha
